Our cabanas and umbrellas are crafted from premium, eco-friendly rPET canvas—made from recycled plastic bottles—and finished with a UPF 50+ sun-protective coating. The fabric is durable, waterproof, fade-resistant, and purpose-built to withstand Aussie conditions.
We’ve paired it with high-quality frames and components designed to last season after season, giving you beautiful shade without the environmental footprint.

I’ve ordered a pre-order product, when can I expect it?

Pre-orders mean your item is reserved just for you. As soon as it lands in our warehouse, we’ll send you an update and get it shipped out.
Once dispatched, delivery within Australia is usually 2–7 business days.

Are you products easy to set up?

Absolutely! Our cabanas and umbrellas are lightweight, simple, and quick to assemble.

How do I care for my SASO products?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure your products are dry before packing them away to avoid mould or fading.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout! Orders are processed within 1–2 days, and most customers receive their delivery within 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I return or exchange my order?
