What materials are your products made from?

Our cabanas and umbrellas are made with durable, eco-friendly canvas materials and UPF 50+ protective fabric, designed to keep you shaded and safe under the sun.

I’ve ordered a pre-order product, when can I expect it?

All products are currently available on pre-order only.

Pre-order items are reserved just for you and will ship once they arrive at our warehouse, with expected shipping in November. We’ll keep you updated by email as your order gets closer to dispatch. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within Australia.

Are you products easy to set up?

Yes! Our cabanas and umbrellas are designed to be lightweight, intuitive, and quick to assemble. We also have step-by-step video tutorials available on our Set Up Guide page.

How do I care for my SASO products?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure your products are dry before packing them away to avoid mould or fading.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We keep it simple - shipping is included in the price. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please reach out to contact@sasoco.com.au to start the process.
